Course Content

Online training in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the Protection of Whistleblowers.

The course introduces users to the concept of whistleblowing and the related legal framework ‑ definition of unlawful conduct, rights and obligations related to reporting unlawful conduct, procedures for reporting unlawful conduct, etc.

The course is available in two versions:

1. Explanation of reporting unlawful conduct only through the internal reporting system (IRS)
2. Explanation of reporting procedures through both the IRS and the external reporting system (ERS ‑ Ministry of Justice)

The course content can be supplemented with specific information and internal rules for reporting unlawful conduct (IRS) in the organization.
