For what?
The service offers an effective solution for verifying the medical fitness of employees under Section 103 of the Labour Code in cases where occupational health examinations are not mandatory. The module can be used under the following conditions:
Input Job Category I.
Periodic Categories of work I. and II. ‑ non‑hazardous
The work does NOT involve occupational hazards and is NOT work for which a medical examination is prescribed by law.
How does it work?
Automatic organization
INSTRUCTOR monitors deadlines, sends out notifications and reminders, tracks and provides reports on medical verification.
Short education
Employees are made aware of the legal framework of fitness for work and the health risks that may affect it.
Signature and archiving
Employees sign electronic affidavits, which are further archived according to adjustable rules.
PLS PREVENT support
PREVENT provides contractual advice on the verification of medical fitness, or provides medical examinations on request.
